Comp off as a dedicated leave type

  • Managers approve holiday or Sunday work with the date and hours logged
  • Comp off credit is added to the employee's balance with an automatic expiry (30, 60 or 90 days)
  • Expired comp off is removed automatically; the balance on the last working day is shown at FnF

Assets & Inventory

Asset recovery at employee exit

  • Entering an exit date lists every asset assigned to that employee
  • A return checklist goes to IT and HR, with a deadline based on the exit date
  • Unreturned assets are flagged before FnF; returned assets go back to available stock

  • Choose SLM or WDV per asset; useful life and residual value are applied automatically
