Why we built TrackPM
Most Indian IT teams manage work in one tool, track time in another, keep attendance in a third and run payroll from Excel. Every tool is a separate subscription, none of them understands PF, ESIC or a Karnataka holiday calendar, and someone loses two days every month moving data between them.
TrackPM puts all of it on a single employee directory. A task logged on the Scrum board becomes a time entry, the time entry becomes attendance, and attendance flows straight into payroll — with nothing exported, re-typed or reconciled.
